Lamar was so kind, personable, and welcoming. Dr. Ashlee also reached out before the appointment to make sure we felt comfortable and prepared, which meant so much to me. My son has unique needs, and the entire team accommodated him with so much care and patience from start to finish.
Ms. Rose was especially sweet, patient, and accommodating. She made sure he felt safe and comfortable throughout the visit. Even when he became a little uneasy, she and the team adjusted immediately and met him where he was without making him feel pressured.
From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, he was happy and at ease. I am incredibly grateful not only for Dr. Ashlee’s skill, but also for the thought and intention she has put into making her practice inclusive for children with different needs.
When we got back to the car, I asked my son how he felt about the appointment. He said it was amazing and that it far exceeded his expectations. After everything he has experienced, hearing him say that meant the world to me.
